Prawns, Yes please!

imageimage I'm pretty excited this is my first post and I am a little nervous !!   So the other day, it was pretty hot here in Northern California and I wanted a simple light dinner.  I made one of the best Prawn dishes on record...   I hope you will try it too! Cheers "Lime Parsley Prawns" 2 pounds Wild Caught Medium Prawns washed and de-veined 1 bunch of Fresh Parsley 3 Limes 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt  (use what you like I prefer this ) 1 tablespoon Crushed Garlic  (I buy mine from Trader Joe's saves time) 2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika ((Trader Joe's for this gal) 2 tablespoons 21 Seasoning Salute from TJ's. It is a great no salt herb mix! I use a lot of it 1/3 cup melted Coconut Oil ( I use organic unrefined virgin ) After you have washed and de-veined your prawns pat them dry and place in a large bowl.  Rough chop your parsley and add to prawns. Juice your limes and set that aside. I juice my citrus with a hand held wooden reamer I picked up at Crate and Barrel for less than $5. Then add Salt, Garlic, Paprika, 21 Seasoning Salute and juice from your Limes covering the prawns well. You will need a Baking Sheet to spread the prawns out on a single layer. After you have placed your Prawns on your baking sheet make sure you scrape all the good stuff from the bottom of the bowl onto the Prawns. Lastly, drizzle your prawns with the coconut oil. Bake in the oven on 425 for 20mins. Depending on where you live and your oven times, may vary. Prawns will be a nice light orange color when done.
