A Month of Weekend Blue Zone Dinners

If you want to live to a healthy 100, eat like healthy people who’ve lived to be 100.


Blue zone, the set of characteristics that have produced the worlds longest lived people. Their secrets can help you live longer and better life.

Well we know life gets busy and we only have time to do so much. The Custom Plate prepares and cooks meals for you or your family to enjoy on the weekends. Every Friday for a month, we deliver (2) dinners to enjoy. You can order just for yourself or family sizes.


You will receive (2) meals from each Blue Zone; Sardinia, Okinawa, Nicoya and Ikaria.


Meals will be fully cooked and delivered in 100% compostable containers that you just gently reheat and enjoy!
