Anti-inflammatory Cleanse

Eating anti-inflammatory foods that are rich in polyphenols, omega-3 fatty acids and have a low glycemic index, foods which include chickpeas, sweet potatoes, carrots, vegetables and fruit, fish, herbs, spices, nuts, seeds and legumes.

 

Inflammatory foods to avoid and are also high in saturated fats and omega-6 fatty acids. This list includes highly processed foods. Examples are red meat, butter, sugar, white flour, white rice, peanuts, yellow cheese, alcohol and most types of oils (exception: avocado oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil and coconut oil).

 

Our program is not about staying away from food and just juicing. The goal for this cleanse to help;

* reduce chronic inflammation

* enhance liver detoxification

* decrease cravings for sugar and other inflammatory foods

* stop thinking about food and what we’re gonna eat next all the time

* reset our taste buds and change our food preferences

* celebrate and go back to real food

We’re going to achieve these goals by delivering two days a week all the food you need for your day for the duration of the program aside from water. Monday deliveries will contain meals for Monday through Thursday.

Friday deliveries will contain meals for Friday through Sunday.
