New Years Resolution Cleanse

The New Years Reset is a 21-day cleanse constructed in three phases, each a week long to help your body eliminate waste, gently and naturally.

The New Years Reset will help you introduce healthy, organic, and fresh foods into your diet, giving your body nutrients and fiber to purge unwanted toxins while increasing your bodies ability to burn fat.

In just three weeks, you will turn your body from surviving back to a state of thriving.

Pre Program liquid Juice Cleanse

You will start your day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice and starting a three day juice cleanse to eliminate toxin and fat from your body.

Phase One
During the first seven days you will be in the elimination phase, gradually removing animal protein from your diet while adding juices made from plant based material, broths, seeds and legumes.

Phase Two
During week two you will have completely eliminated dairy, red meat and all forms of sugar from your diet. Kick your second week off with delicious smoothies for breakfast and nourishing soups for lunch and dinner. You’ll feel lighter and more energized right away! Seafood and lean organic poultry will be your staple proteins this week.

Phase Three
During the last seven days we will be maximizing our time together. The last seven days will move you in to a vegetarian focused meal plan. Sipping broths, green juices and soups, ginger shots, Golden milk and raw salads. You will notice bloat disappearing, an increase of energy, stamina and weight loss.

Post Detox Reintroduction
The optional fourth week is designed to bring your body back to eating animal protein after the workout of the past three weeks. In seven days we will systematically reintroduce foods gently and end the week with a clear liquid 24-hour cleanse.
