Our Gain Portioned Meals are larger portions of proteins, veggies and carbs. Carb options: sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice. These meals are meant for bulking up or for individuals that desire larger portion sized meals.
You select your protein and vegetable size and we do the rest. Your meals will include meat and vegetables. No set menu, Chef’s choice based on season.
Vegetables used are: broccoli, carrots, brussels sprout, zucchini, cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, cabbage, bok choy
